Pacer-1 Heavy Oil Power Plant, Philippines

The power plant is located on the outskirts of Cagayan City in Mindanao Island in the Philippines, with an installed capacity of 10.5 MW, generating set output of 11 kV, connected to the national power grid NGCP of the Philippines through an 11 kV/69 kV step-up transformer, which effectively mitigates the power shortage during the peak period of local electricity consumption.
