Fuel storage tank and oil supply system
The capacity and shape of the fuel tank with which the device is equipped are determined by the technical specifications for the product. Depending on the installation location, it must also comply with the fire code requirements of the region in which the installation is located.
The oil tank should use high quality steel plates, be buried for anti-corrosion treatment, and equipped with a liquid level sensor. Each underground oil tank should contain a permanent magnetic float level gauge, which can output 4~20mA signal to the PLC controller.
Each diesel generator set is equipped with a day fuel tank and must be equipped with a hatch with a cover, an oil inlet pipe, an oil return pipe, an oil drain pipe, an overflow pipe, a liquid level sensor, etc.; It is necessary to use an industrial magnetic level gauge with a scale that can clearly indicate the oil storage height, has a local display, and can provide 4-20mA signal remotely.
Two fuel supply pumps are installed, each of which can supply light diesel fuel, and the oil volume must correspond to the full load of the unit. The fuel pump must be equipped with all necessary accessories, including, but not limited to, filters, check valves, etc. The oil pump motor must be explosion-proof, three-phase, 50 Hz, with overload protection.
The control system includes control of the corresponding ground liquid level, day fuel tank liquid level, solenoid valve and oil pump control and can provide corresponding alarm information. Reserve a standard Modbus-RS 485 signal for integration into an environmental control system.
