The digital control system we selected is highly adaptable to mission-critical power scenarios such as data centers and is the equipment of choice in the industry. It is capable of providing fast backup power for at least 9 seconds and features intuitive touch screens and multiple display options for convenient and efficient operation and control. The product supports multiple communication protocols such as Modbus, and uses RS-485, TCP/IP and other methods to remotely monitor and control generator sets and power plants. It also has redundant (primary/standby) and dual redundant communication capabilities, and has an N+X operating mode, allowing the number of redundant units to be set to operate as needed, adapting to dynamic load conditions, greatly improving the stability and security of the redundant power supply system, and fully meeting the high reliability power supply requirements of data centers.

The AGC4 control system not only has powerful control and protection functions, but also integrates parallel unit operation capabilities. It eliminates the need for additional control cabinets to support parallel operation, reducing potential points of failure and avoiding single point failure situations compared to traditional separate parallel configurations. Digital parallel control further improves the reliability of the parallel system. Since the parallel operation function is integrated into the control panel of the unit, each unit becomes an independent power generation module. When several units are connected in parallel in a data center or when the system is subsequently expanded, the number of generating units can be increased in series. This feature follows the trend of rapid integration and modularization in data centers.

The integrated protection function of AGC4 is UL certified in the USA and provides comprehensive protection for gensets and generators. It offers broad power system fault protection for both generator sets and loads, and provides fault current control for single-phase and three-phase systems. Thus, it provides sufficient time for downstream protective devices to minimize the extent of the fault and eliminate it quickly without damaging the generator set.
