Power range of one unit: from 800 kW to 3000 kW.
In addition, according to the user's needs and preferences, there are other brand configurations to choose from:
Available generator brands: Stanford, Leroy Somer, Faraday, etc.;
Brands of intelligent control systems: Comay, Dan control, Zongzhi, etc.
Implementation Standard
Designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO9001 quality certification system. Complies with BS EN 60034 and other international standards (eg BS5000, VDE 0530, Nema MG1-32, IECEN60034, CSA C22.2-100 and AS1359).
Electrical characteristics
Carefully selected materials and impregnation processes provide the high mechanical strength required for static windings. The strength, electrical and shielding properties of VPI epoxy resins are used to provide superior stator slot insulation life.
The permanent magnet generator excitation system ensures high reliability, response characteristics and stability. A digital automatic voltage regulator (AVR), specially designed and manufactured for generators, is also included as standard on this product.
The generator is capable of withstanding short circuit currents up to 300% of the rated current under 3-phase L-L-L short circuit conditions. The Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) can maintain this state for 10 seconds.
Mechanical characteristics
The junction box is ruggedly constructed and its internal components provide significant reliability and durability in the vibrating environment of power equipment. The junction box can be equipped with a suitable converter, which can be easily assembled on site by technical personnel.
Generator rotors are subjected to stringent dynamic balancing tests to better than BS6861:Part 1 Class 2.5. Twin bearing generators are dynamically balanced using a half key in the keyway to eliminate unevenness in the keyway.
With deep groove ball bearings and high-performance synthetic lubricant, they are designed to have an L10 service life of 40,000 hours. For continuous operation, it is recommended to use an optional bearing temperature sensor (RTD).
