Another 10 high-voltage power units passed the ultimate test

Shanghai Commercial Science and Technology Data Center, as an important infrastructure for the artificial intelligence industry, recently completed a complete upgrade of its power supply system. A further 10 2000kW silent containerized diesel generators have undergone stringent testing and have officially entered service, providing reliable backup power for core data center operations.

Full load limit testing: All 10 units have completed the sudden decline transient performance test, the test data has been highly approved by the third party acceptance body and verifying the stable performance of the unit under extreme conditions.

-24-hour heavy load test: The test team conducted a 24-hour continuous full-load operating test on two units, which fully verified the continuous output capability of the unit and the reliability of the fuel system, and the test results fully met the design requirements.
-Joint system testing: checking the interaction of the unit with other data center systems by simulating emergency situations such as fire alarms. During testing, the unit successfully completed safe connection operations such as shut-off valve shutdown and pump shutdown, demonstrating excellent system integration performance.

After rigorous testing, UKE generator sets have demonstrated a number of performance indicators that exceed design requirements:

Fast response: When there is an analog power interruption, all 10 units complete synchronization of the network connection in 30 seconds;

High reliability: in real commissioning with on-board communication, 10 units synchronously complete self-start, network connection and 4-hour full load test;

System Stability: Full load testing confirms the unit's stable output capability under various conditions.
