The Youke Power Supply Test Center is a state-of-the-art, fully functional generator set inspection and testing facility, entirely designed and built by us. The total installed capacity of the system is 25,000 kVA, which allows for comprehensive testing of generator set performance in accordance with various national, military, industry and telecommunications standards, as well as marine classification society certification requirements.
High Load Testing: The facility's load modules have an installed capacity of up to 20 MW, meeting the stringent high load testing requirements of large industrial, mining, semiconductor and data center applications.
Supports a Wide Range of Load Types: The system features resistive, inductive, and capacitive load capabilities to accurately simulate real-world environments such as communications base stations and data centers.
Wide Range of Test Voltages: Supports 220V, 400V, 690V, 3300V, 4500V, 6600V, 10500V and 13800V voltages, meeting a variety of testing requirements in both domestic and export markets.
Flexible and Convenient Test Methods: The system allows for flexible configurations, from testing single large generator sets to testing combinations of multiple smaller units, and provides efficient connection of auxiliary equipment, which greatly improves the productivity and versatility of the test process.
Network capabilities and big data technologies: The testing center is integrated with cloud services, allowing customers to remotely monitor the progress of factory acceptance tests in real time; the system provides visualization and traceability of data, and also provides intelligent service functions based on big data technologies.
